How long will it take to receive my order?

How do I know the authenticity of the art I bought?

We issue a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for each original artwork sold. The COA includes the artist's name, title of the work, edition size, and all other necessary details.

Will my artwork arrive ready to hang?

We offer two types of products: prints or products with a bespoke frame. If you order prints only, we highly recommend shipping or bringing the art directly to a framing company upon receiving it, so that it can be opened by a framer using cotton gloves. Contact with oil or moisture from the skin could cause damage. If you order with the bespoke frame option, your art will arrive ready to hang. The frames offered vary depending on the art, so please check the product page for more details.

How can I trace my order?

You will receive an email notification with a track & trace number once the shipment is sent out.

Can I cancel an order prior to shipment?

It cannot be canceled once the shipment is sent out. Please contact hello@unceil.com immediately; we might be able to catch it in time. If that's not the case, the return process needs to be initiated at your cost within 14 days after you receive the item.

How do I return the art?

 1. Print the RETURN FORM and make sure to fill it out entirely, including the reason for your return. 2. Place the Return Form with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable and protected box, such as the one you received from Unceil, to ensure it is not damaged during transit.  3. Attach the address label to your parcel and use your preferred shipping method. Return shipments are at the customer's own cost and responsibility. 4. Keep a proof of postage until we confirm that your refund has been processed.
